Founded in 1979, III sought to develop the IT industry and popularize IT usage in Taiwan. Today, it plays as the “Digital Transformation Enabler”, integrating its think tanks, professional training, R&D and promotional capabilities to develop solutions to foster change and impact both the public and private sectors and enhance Taiwan’s national ICT competitiveness.
