Taipei, June 23, 2017 -- Industrial production index posted an annual increase of 0.78% in May. Referring to the production status of each industry, manufacturing increased 2.02%, mining & quarrying decreased 8.18%, electricity & gas supply decreased 26.73%, water supply increased 4.82%, and buildings construction decreased 1.56%.
