An online voting campaign called "Good Brand, New Story" is underway to help the public familiarizes themselves with CNS certified commodities. The campaign is organized by the Bureau of Standards, Metrology & Inspection (BSMI), CNS Certification Mark Association and manufacturers of CNS certified commodities.
By introducing the story behind certified commodities, the public can have a deeper understanding of why manufacturers have their products certified. This is also a good opportunity to learn about the CNS certification mark, a design with 60 years of history.
The CNS certification mark is the oldest commodity inspection mark in Taiwan and its value is even more prominent today, when marks and logos are springing up like mushrooms, said the BSMI. CNS certification mark continues to evolve and grow with the advance of time and has become a symbol of innovation.
The purpose of holding the "Good Brand, New Story" online voting campaign is to help the public reconnect with the CNS certification mark and certified commodities. The campaign, which starts from August 1, has been well received by the public and many have already taken part in it. This is an opportunity not to be missed because everyone has a chance to win Apple watch, Hitachi dehumidifier and many other prizes just by participating before September 30, said the BSMI.
The campaign also features vivid illustrations by bloggers about CNS certification mark. By sharing the illustrations online, you have a chance to get a free coffee coupon. Many commodities closely related to our lives are CNS certified. It is hoped that the campaign can deliver the message that CNS equals quality assurance and encourage everyone to shop for CNS certified commodities, the BSMI said.
