Subject: Amendments to the CCC2403.99.90.10-0 and 3 other CCC codes, effective March 22, 2022

Import regulation code “463”, “501” or “503” have been added to CCC 2403.99.90.10-0“Products containing tobacco or reconstituted tobacco, intended for inhalation without combustion”and 3 other CCC codes (see the attachment).

These CCC codes have been added to the List of Commodities Assisted by Customs for Import Examination.

1. Article 8.1 of the “Enforcement Rules of the Foreign Trade Act”

2. Document No.1120101734 dated February 23, 2023 from the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare.
