ITRI, with the assistance of the Department of Industrial Technology under the Ministry of Economic Affairs, exhibited nine innovative technologies at the 2023 US Consumer Electronics Show including AI, ICT, and robotics. The technologies on display attracted media interviews and reports from AP, Fox Business, the IEEE, Japan's Yomiuri Shimbun, and the renowned Spanish-language Infobae website that attracts over 20 million hits a month. In all, over 1,600 international media reports covered ITRI's technologies. Among these, the Wall Street Journal selected the AI Aquarium as one of 25 coolest technologies shown at CES 2023, while Interesting Engineering listed the AI Aquarium as one of five most futuristic products unveiled at this year's show. EnVeritas also singled out this technology as a "Best of CES 2023". In addition, over 1,000 industrial, academic, and research institutions from around the world engaged in negotiations with ITRI, including Nike, Panasonic, LG, 3M, the renowned American yacht builder Navier, Japanese telecom firm Docomo, German sporting goods firm ISPO Network, and communications firm Jenesia1. The scale of this year's CES increased by 70% compared with 2022, and it attracted mover than 3,200 exhibitors from 174 countries around the world.
