MIRDC's "Continuously Rotating Wind Turbine UAV Inspection System" is featured with high stability and high wind resistance (resistant to 7-level winds), which allows an inspection taken while the wind turbine is operating. It takes an average of 5 minutes to complete the inspection of a single wind turbine, and even 4mm such small cracks can also be detected within a single blade. Through a group flight inspection mode to operate a large-scale wind farm inspection at the same time which improves the detection efficiency of the entire wind farm. It not only greatly shortens the inspection time but also saves more than 40% of the wind turbine inspection cost.
