Subject: Exporters of goods/articles pertaining to CCC4403.11.00.20-8 and 13 other CCC codes do not need to file an application for an Export Permit with the Bureau of Foreign Trade, effective Dec. 1, 2022.



Legal Basis:

1. Article 5.2 of the “Regulations Governing Export of Commodities”

2. Document No. Jin Mao 11104604910 dated Nov. 18, 2022 from the Ministry of Economic Affairs.



Supplementary Information:

For exportation of goods/articles under CCC4403.11.00.20-8 and 13 other CCC codes, approval from the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan is required (export regulation codes “441” or “456”). Thus, exporters do not need to file an application for an Export Permit with the Bureau of Foreign Trade.
