Subject: Amendments to the export regulation code and the import regulation code, as well as amendments to other Relevant Import Regulations and other Relevant Export Regulations of the "Customs Import Tariff and Import and Export Commodity Classification of the Republic of China", effective September 18, 2023.

The import regulation code under CCC1302.19.30.00-6 "of pyrethrum or of the roots of plants containing rotenone (other than extracted oleoresins)" and 475 other CCC codes have been amended; and the export regulation code under CCC 0511.99.20.00-0 "Parings and waste of raw mides or skins" and 426 other CCC codes have been amended, effective September 18, 2023. (see attachments 1 and 2).

Additionally, other Relevant Import Regulations 2 (10), (12), (16), and 8, and other Relevant Export Regulations1(3), (4), and (5) under the "Customs Import Tariff and Import and Export Commodity Classification of the Republic of China" have been amended, effective immediately (see attachments 3 and 4).
