The Export Processing Zone Administration (EPZA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) recently reported that the park's Investment Review Commission approved two companies to station into Technology Industrial Parks. The Global leader for door control and security technology, Taiwan Fu Hsing Industrial Group invests NTD 2.9706 billion to set up a branch office in Pingtung Technology Industrial Park. Another company, Honesty Design Limited Company, invests NTD 32 million to station into the Kaohsiung Software Park. Two investment programs are estimated to create more than 300 job vacancies in Kaohsiung and Pingtung districts.
