The annual investment amount of the Technology Industrial Parks in 2023 exceeded NT$41 billion.

Ten Technology Industrial Parks of the Bureau of Industrial Parks (BIP) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), attract related industries to station in through industrial clusters and combine external resources to introduce high-quality manufacturers to invest. The investment amount in 2023 exceeded NT$41 billion. The Bureau of Industrial Parks stated that to respond to the return of Taiwanese businesses and meet the needs of the 5G, AIoT, and semiconductor industries, BIP will continue to expand industrial space and promote the expansion of the Pingtung Industrial Park, the Kaohsiung Software Park Phase II and the third phase of the Nanzih TIP development program to increase investment momentum.
In December, the Bureau of Technology Industrial Parks reported the park's Investment Review Commission approved five companies to station in, including Taiwan 3axle Technology Co., Ltd., which invested NT$277 million and station into the Taichung Port Technology Industrial Park (TPTIP) for operations; Jioushun Construction Co., Ltd. station into the Taichung Software Park; A&A Investment Ltd.,  Jing Shin Ramen Enterprise Co., Ltd, Holderhung Industrial Co., Ltd. will station into the Kaohsiung Software Park (KSP). The investment amount of the above four investment cases exceeds NT$110 million, and it is expected to create 105 job vacancies in Taichung and Kaohsiung regions.
Taiwan 3axle Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and will establish a corporate headquarters in a self-built factory in TPTIP. The company specializes in the field of laser technology and focuses on the research, development, production,  and sales of various types of laser equipment, including low-power laser cutting and engraving machines, laser marking and engraving machines, laser welding and cleaning equipment, and high-power fiber metal laser cutting machine. The company continues to carry out technological innovation and product research and development, combined with unique design aesthetics and is committed to providing faster and more accurate laser processing equipment to meet the high-end needs of customers in various industries.
Four manufacturers have applied to stations in the Taichung and Kaohsiung Software Parks. Jioushun Construction Co., Ltd. is engaged in interior and architectural design, planning, and consulting services, introducing BIM (Building Information Modeling) innovative design technology. A&A Investment Ltd. provides corporate space, technology, funds, management consulting, and other services. Jing Shin Ramen Enterprise Co., Ltd, has independently developed a multinational food B2C e-commerce trading platform, integrating payment flow and logistics services. Holderhung Industrial Co., Ltd. is engaged in interior design e-commerce platform development and maintenance services. Four new manufacturers are expected to provide Software Parks with more technological innovation and R&D momentum.
