The Five-Plus-Two and Biotech Pharmaceutical Industries Job Fair in Taipei

As part of the effort to promote the “five-plus-two industry innovation plan” and to provide more job opportunities to the general public, the Ministry of Economic Affairs held the “Five-Plus-Two and Biotech Pharmaceutical Industries Job Fair in Taipei ” at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, on April 20 at 10 a.m..
 President Tsai, Ying-Wen attended the event to give support and encouragement to enterprises and employment seekers, as well as visited exhibitions of five-plus-two innovative achievements. Minister Jong-Chin Shen of the Ministry of Economic Affairs pointed out, as the “Five-Plus-Two Industry Innovation Plan” flourished, demands for talents increased as well. In this Taipei fair alone, more than 200 enterprises registered for talent recruitment. This is evidence of the benefits brought by the “Five-Plus-Two Industry Innovation Plan”.
 Many well-known enterprises participated in the recruitment event, including TCI, CCPC, EirGenix, SHL Group, Taiwan Main Orthopaedic, QUANTA, Wistron, ASUSTEK Computer, Delta Electronics, Compal Electronics, TBI MOTION, etc., offering over 5,000 job opportunities. Many enterprises even conducted on-the-spot interviews to secure outstanding talents.
