The Export Processing Zone Administration (EPZA) cooperates with enterprises to cultivate FunTech talents.

To boost the development momentum of the software park's FunTech industry, the Export Processing Zone Administration (EPZA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) cooperates with enterprises to offer FunTech training courses, combined with industrial instructors and practices, to cultivate battle readiness talents. Among them, the animation employment courses are aiming at the long-term training of employment-oriented of lighting and compositing talents and animation talents. Also, there is an international game art course that aims at enhancing multimedia art talents, corresponding to the needs of enterprises and matching talents employment, and introducing the elites of agile talents in FunTech industry.
EPZA connects knowledge-based development associations and local enterprises to establish a series of activities, FunTech technology hackathons, and cultivation workshops, providing communication and experience opportunities for cross-technologies. The content of activities covers the fields of games, recognition techniques, medical cares, APP and software developments, arts, AI technique applications, music streaming, voice recognition, 3D animations, IOT and OPEN API and so on. In addition, to promote the new knowledge of FunTech industry, it could also enhance the technical capabilities of FunTech talents.
In terms of training courses, EPZA meets the needs of industry and enterprises, by providing teaching materials, professional courses design, software instructors, and job vacancies. The quality of the small training class model is combined with practical project analysis, research and practices, which are providing talents with new ideas and practical value, and then create economic value. In addition, EPZA screened the qualifications of talents before the training courses, besides the will of employment, basic knowledge and technologies in the field are also required. Moreover, after the training courses are finished, EPZA will make the utmost efforts to assist in matching enterprises and talents to enhance the competitiveness of the industry.
