Statistics on International Technical Cooperation Program Personnel Abroad for Research and Study

Under the ICD’s international technical cooperation programs with six countries, personnel are dispatched to Japan, Germany, France, Austria, Russia or Canada for short-term research or study. A total of 7,756 personnel had participated in these programs as of the end of 2018.

In addition, under the Taiwan-Japanese Technical Cooperation Program, Japanese experts are invited to the ROC to conduct field instruction or deliver lectures on special topics. As of the end of 2018, a total of 2,582 experts had taken part in the program.
