2020 Asia LEDS Partnership Symposium

The Ministry of Economic Affairs held the 2020 Asia LEDS (Low Emission Development Strategy) Partnership (ALP) Symposium on Dec. 7, with the aim of promoting further exchanges and cooperation on low-carbon industry between Taiwan and other ALP members.

The Symposium was divided into two sessions. In the morning session, themed “Building an Asia-Pacific Green Energy Center,”and in the afternoon session, themed “Green Shared Transportation Services,” The symposium also shared Taiwan’s experience in promoting green energy and low-emission development with other members via online live broadcast , with the aim of generating opportunities for cooperation with other Asia-Pacific countries on green energy industry and maintaining Taiwan’s position as a leading center of green energy in the region.
