The 9-year Plan was launched on January 1, 2019.

2. Single Window Investment Service: InvesTaiwan, set up by the MOEA, provides dedicated project-specific investment services. The Investment Advisory Line is 02-2311-2031.

3. Identify strategic business and investment opportunities and facilitate Taiwanese investment through national initiatives such as the "Five Trusted Industry Sectors," the "Six Core Strategic Industries," and the "5+2 Industrial Innovation Program."

4. Cooperate with influential groups in mainland China, such as Taiwanese business and industry associations, Work actively to spread the word that in this era of Sino-US trade conflict, Taiwan has new programs and an attract investment environment to offer.
