ICD Director General Alex Liao Speaks at U.S.-Taiwan Financial Sector Cybersecurity Forum

Director General of the Department of International Cooperation, MOEA, Alex Liao, delivered opening remarks at the 2022 U.S.-Taiwan Cybersecurity Forum – Financial Sector, which was held in Taipei on Apr. 21.
Clint Brewer, AIT Commercial Officer, and Fu-Longe Tsai, Director General of the Department of Information Management, Financial Supervisory Commission, also gave remarks at the forum.
About 150 bank managers and experts from the financial industry participated in the forum.
The topics covered by the five speakers are:
1. Zero trust model in US financial services industry,
2. Cloud workload protection platform/CWPP full life-cycle security governance,
3. Bringing new meaning to extended detection and response and to resolve the most complicated threats,
4. How to perform standard-based cyber risk assessments and quantification in financial terms, and
5. Cyber vault to protect your data from cyber threat.
