壓力性精神疾病第一線用藥為選擇性血清素受體阻斷劑SSRIs，然而部分人身上可能出現腸胃不適/出血、噁心及性功能障礙、產後出血等的副作用。此外，由於健保制度的費用給付結構問題，臺灣醫療體系已將藥物做為身心治療最主要的選擇，忽略了其他重要的輔助療法。因此本計畫針對藥物服從性不佳、對藥物耐受性不佳患者提供第三種輔助治療工具，對於病患每次看診(心理治療)之間沒有被照護到的時段，提供持續性居家療程。本技術所涵蓋之軟硬體說明如下：
– 硬體：根據HRV等生理訊號回饋及APP追蹤數據，個人化調整電刺激參數。
– 軟體：互動式應用程序(APP)透過互動式遊戲或量表追蹤患者病情進展，提供醫師制定治療計畫、數據收集。

The first-line medications for stress-related mental illness are selective serotonin receptor blockers (SSRIs). However, some people may experience side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort/bleeding, nausea, sexual dysfunction, and postpartum hemorrhage. Therefore, this technology provides a third auxiliary treatment tool for patients with poor drug compliance and poor drug tolerance, and provides continuous home treatment for the period when the patient is not cared for between each visit (psychotherapy). The software and hardware covered by this technology are described as follows:
– Hardware: Personalized adjustment of electrical stimulation parameters based on physiological signal feedback such as HRV and APP tracking data.
– Software: Interactive applications (APPs) track patient progress through interactive games or scales, allowing doctors to formulate treatment plans and collect data.
