A method and system for intelligent control light supplement for plants are provided, the method includes: selecting target plant; setting illumination conditions; viewing physical feature of plant by a physical feature viewing unit; inputting physical feature and parameter which corresponding to physical feature into a micro control processing unit; processing physical feature and parameter by the micro control processing unit then transferring into a cloud operation platform; obtaining feature factor by processing feature factor expansion engineering by the cloud operation platform based on the physical feature and parameter; providing decision equation by the cloud operation platform based on machine learning algorithm according to physical feature and parameter; executing the decision equation by the micro control processing unit to output illumination modulation directive; adjusting illumination conditions for plant by the micro control processing unit according to the illumination modulation directive.
