A golf teaching method and a golf teaching system are provided. The golf teaching method includes: configuring a plurality of image capturing devices and a golf simulator to capture swing image data and corresponding simulator data when a user performs a golf swing motion; configuring an expert model, which includes expert action information corresponding to a plurality of stages in the swing motion, and correction suggestion information corresponding to the stages in the swing motion; configuring a computing device to: perform an analysis process on the swing image data and the simulator data to separate the swing motion into user motion information in the plurality of stages; and compare, through the expert model, the user action information and the corresponding expert action information in each stage, and provide corresponding correction suggestion information according to a comparison result; and configuring a user interface to provide the correction suggestion information.
