The invention provides a thermoplastic elastomer, which uses thermoplastic material, elastomer, compatibilizer and cross-linking agent as raw materials, and is physically mixed through a twin-screw mixer to cause cross-linking reaction and phase transition reaction between the materials. The final product still has thermoplastic properties and is suitable for injection molding application.
