1.確立先導植物藥(Botanical Lead)；2.先導植物藥之活性分劃物製程開發與活性集中研究；3.先導植物藥成分分離純化與結構鑑定研究；4.先導植物藥品管分析方法及規格研究；5.先導植物藥in vivo藥理活性及動物初期安全性評估；6.完成先導植物藥in vitro藥理活性及細胞毒性評估；7.分離化合物in vivo藥理活性。

1. Assurance of the botanical lead;
2. To develop the manufacturing of active fraction and to investigate how to increase the activity of botanical lead;
3. Isolation and purification of the components of botanical lead and Identification of the structure;
4. Study on the analytical methods for quality control and specification of botanical lead
5. Assessment of the in vivo pharmacology and early safety of botanical lead
6. Finish the study of in vitro pharmacology and cytotoxicity
7. To investigate the bioactivity of Isolated compounds
