The invention provides a continuous system for aluminum purification and grain refinement. A crystallization device is inserted into molten aluminum, where temperature differences induce segregation solidification on the device surface to obtain high-purity aluminum. Pulsed voltage applied at the aluminum–crystallizer interface creates a partial molten state, enabling rapid material extraction. By repeating this process, high-purity aluminum accumulates and is transferred from the purification zone via a sliding rail for grain refinement. This integrated method enhances the efficiency of high-purity aluminum production.
