連接國內自主開發複合材料產業，建立複合材料的信賴度分析能力，協助廠商從上游原料、中游元件材料及加工製程、以致最終端產品應用各階段，釐清半成品或產品在極端環境使用下之可應用性與信賴度。

具備高分子、化學分析及複合材料之專業研發與技術人員。

建立複合材料信賴度分析能力，將複合材料進行UV波段光源(UVA-340、UVB-313)與高濃度鹽霧檢測(中性鹽水、醋酸鹽水與含銅加速醋酸鹽水)，建立不同的檢測情境分析其老化狀態，再經系統化的檢測與分析，確認材料在嚴苛環境下使用之信賴度。
