技術摘要（英）
To comply with the trend of paradigm shift of innovative role, global economy, regional resources integration, and economic rise of emerging countries, this book used an easy-to-understand method and started from thinking of technical industry to analyze the possible legal problems to be faced by cutting-edge technical applications from the view of laws. Besides, through the observation on the creative legal institutions in advanced countries and related policies, hopefully more creative statements and discussions can be guided from domestic technical industries from the aspects of "Laws", "Technology", and "Industry".
