本揭露提供一種布料氣密性量測裝置包括量測主體與控制裝置。量測主體包括底座、下夾具、上夾具、升降裝置、氣體輸入裝置及壓力計。下夾具設置在底座上並具有下夾具開口。上夾具設置在下夾具上方。升降裝置連接上夾具。氣體輸入裝置配置以提供氣體至下夾具的內部。壓力計配置以量測下夾具的內部的壓力。控制裝置包括微電腦控制器及測試燈。微電腦控制器電性連接升降裝置、氣體輸入裝置及壓力計。測試燈電性連接微電腦控制器。

The present disclosure provides a fabric air tightness measuring device including a measuring subject and a control device. The measuring subject includes a base, lower clamp, an upper clamp, a lifting device, a gas input device, and a pressure meter. The lower clamp is set on the base and has a lower clamp opening. The upper clamp is set above the lower clamp. The lifting device is connected to the upper clamp and is configured to lift the upper clamp. The gas input device is configured to provide gas to an interior of the lower clamp. And the pressure meter configured to measure the interior of the lower clamp. The control device includes a microcomputer controller and a test lamp. The microcomputer controller electrically connected to the lifting device, the gas input device, and the pressure meter. And the test lamp electrically connected to the microcomputer controller.
