An exhaust device of a vacuum die-casting die comprises a lining, an ejector pin and an exhaust pin. And the extension pin part is matched with the bushing to define at least one exhaust groove which extends in the sliding groove along the axial direction. The exhaust pin comprises a head portion and a pin body portion, the head portion is provided with at least one vent groove extending in the radial direction, and the pin body portion is sunken to form at least one groove extending in the axial direction of the pin body portion. The head part can be pushed by molten metal and gas, the at least one groove can only allow the gas to pass through but not allow the molten metal to pass through, and the passing gas can be discharged to the outside through the at least one vent groove and the at least one exhaust groove, so that air holes are prevented from being formed in the die casting.
