Director General William Liu of the International Trade Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) attended and delivered the opening remarks at the Philippine Investment Forum 2025 on April 25, 2025. Director General Liu emphasized that the Philippines is regarded as a priority partner and we look forward to establishing industrial parks there, facilitating the entry of Taiwanese companies, and gradually forming industrial clusters.
