On 12 November 2024, a meeting of the 22nd Taiwan-Germany Joint Business Council (JBC) was held. Taiwan's Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs Chern-Chyi "C.C." Chen and Germany's State Secretary to the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action Udo Philipp delivered opening remarks.
