中空碳纖複材成形技術

國內既有無人機構件產業鏈包含上游纖維材料、芯模材料、中游設備、構件製造及加工組裝業者、下游整機與系統測試業者。複材構件製造多為熱固複材製造技術，芯模使用氣囊袋及發泡材，透過人工疊貼方式，以高壓釜或熱壓模具進行樹脂固化，再利用膠合製程進行成形構件組裝，以熱固複材製作中空複材構件，手工疊貼與高壓釜固化時間冗長，本技術可提升製程速度5倍以上
