全齡健康之創新治療產品開發驗證計畫

本技術已完成以認知行為治療（CBT）為基礎之ICBT網路心理介入系統開發，並建置廣泛性焦慮症（GAD）等標準化療程模組，具備完整之課程流程、使用者操作介面及治療歷程管理功能。
系統同時整合生理訊號分析技術，透過光體積變化描記法（PPG）量測使用者之生理訊號，並分析心率變異（HRV）等指標，以評估壓力狀態。相關技術已完成系統整合與功能驗證，具備即時量測與壓力評估能力。
目前系統可穩定運行於網路平台，支援遠距使用情境，並已具備後續擴充至多元心理健康應用之基礎。

This technology has been developed as an Internet-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT) system, including standardized therapeutic modules such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), with a complete treatment workflow, user interface, and intervention management functions.
The system further integrates physiological signal analysis technology using photoplethysmography (PPG) to measure user signals and analyze heart rate variability (HRV) for stress assessment. The integrated system has been functionally validated and is capable of real-time monitoring and stress evaluation.
Currently, the system operates stably on a web-based platform, supports remote use, and provides a scalable foundation for various mental health applications.
