雙網資通安全技術研發計畫

1.支援多種Delivery Methods: Separate Delivery, Combined Delivery, Forward-Lock。2.符合OMA DRM v1.0之User Agent, 包含：REL Processing, DCF Processing, Security (AES), DRM Manager等關鍵模組。3.已成功與下列常用之應用軟體完成DRM整合：WAP 2.0 Browser, MMS User Agent, Media Player, Image  Viewer。

本技術影響未來的行動應用服務與數位內容產業甚鉅,本計畫將持續與國內多家廠商接觸, 目前已有9家正在洽談合作中，包括：3家ISP, 1家ISV, 3家製造商, 2家  ICP。代表國內DRM應用的環境在本計畫的推動下,已逐漸醞釀成形.

Mobile Media, 例如 Ringtone, Game, MP3, Comic, Photos, and more。Secure Enterprise, 例如 Distribution Auditing, Usage Auditing, and  more。可技轉的對象包括：服務商(ISP)、內容提供商(CP)、手持設備製造商、軟體廠商(ISV)等。

數位版權管理(DRM)技術是數位內容透過網路流通的重要關鍵技術,確保有價數位內容的散佈能以合理管制,保障內容提供者的應有利潤.而分析目前數據服務在國內的使用比率偏低的原因,缺乏安全機制是造成內容不夠豐富的主因之一.本計畫已完成符合OMA DRM 1.0的數位版權管理軟體,並克服整合難度,透過簡單的機制完成整合,提升產品可用性,且將技術成功移轉給行動服務環節中不同角色的廠商。目前已經完成Nucleus,Windows Mobile,與embedded  Linux等作業系統的版本.

Digital Rights Management (DRM) is a key technology for digital content distribution through the Internet to ensure that the spread of valuable content can be reasonably controlled to protect the profitability of content providers. The main reason for the current low use rate of data services in the country is the lack of security, which prevents the content from being enriched. The project has completed the OMA DRM 1.0-compliant digital rights management software and has overcome the difficulty of integration to complete the integration through simple mechanisms for improving product availability. The technology has been successfully transferred to the manufacturers with different roles in mobile service. Currently the operating system versions of Nucleus, Windows Mobile, and embedded Linux have been completed.
