Machine tool spindle motors, transmission mechanisms, direct drive (DD) motors, hydraulic oil, and cutting fluids all require cooling through a refrigeration unit. However, the cooling needs of different circuits vary over time, yet current refrigeration units still distribute cooling flow at a fixed flow ratio across these circuits, unable to dynamically adjust cooling flow based on the amount of heat generated. The invention developed introduces a temperature-regulating valve that does not require a complex control system but rather utilizes temperature changes to automatically adjust the valve size between different circuits. This allows circuits with higher heat generation to receive greater cooling flow, thereby enhancing the overall cooling efficiency.
