本專利提出一種新型工具機整機熱變形測量裝置。目前工具機熱變形測量,通常是對主軸及進給軸做熱變形測量,市面上的測量儀器一般是將位移感測器固定於工作檯上,測量主軸上的測試棒的變形量,分別測量主軸熱變形及進給軸熱變形,測量時間因此拉長,且無法得知整機的綜合熱變形多寡。因此,本專利提出一種熱變形測量裝置,可以同時測量主軸旋轉造成的熱變形與進給軸移動所造成的熱變形,用以降低總時間成本。本專利設計一組測量用治具使用6個非接觸式位移計,於主軸及工作檯上分別夾持測試棒,分別由主軸套筒測量主軸測試棒熱變形,並將多組測試棒固定於工作台由主軸套筒測量進給軸熱變形,經過計算後可得主軸相對於工作檯由主軸運轉所造成的熱變形及工作檯相對於主軸由進給軸移動造成的熱變形。並基於SVR的模型在工具機綜合熱位移補償的應用,使用統計方法來分離和分析熱誤差,並採用非線性支持向量迴歸(SVR)來建立每個軸和位置的誤差模型。透過原點座標偏移補償和進給軸螺距誤差補償來實現補償,確保整機的全面熱誤差補償。這種方法提高了加工零件的精度和穩定性。

This patent proposes a new type of machine tool thermal deformation measurement device. At present, the thermal deformation measurement of machine tools is usually carried out on the thermal deformation measurement of the spindle and moving axes. Measuring instruments on the market generally fix the displacement sensors on the workbench to measure the deformation of the test mandrel clamping on the spindle, and measure the thermal deformation of the spindle and the thermal deformation of the moving axes respectively, The measurement time is thus extended. And it is impossible to know the total thermal deformation of the machine. This patent designs a set of measuring fixtures using 6 non-contact displacement sensors, Clamp test mandrels on the spindle and worktable respectively. To measure the thermal deformation of the spindle by the main shaft sleeve. And fix the test mandrels on the workbench to measure the thermal deformation of the moving axes by the spindle sleeve.
