雛型

輕量化TPU複合材料及其射出成型應用技術研發成果導入產線應用，可提升鞋業在輕量化TPU材料研發方面之技術能量，此項關鍵鞋底材料可運用鞋業現有之生產設備進行生產，降低設備投資成本，且相較於EVA射出發泡製程，輕量化TPU鞋底之成型時間可縮減35％以上，可大幅提升鞋廠之生產利潤。

應用本技術所開發之輕量化TPU鞋底，除了適用於銀髮鞋與休閒鞋外，更可擴展應用於發泡地墊等領域。

因應鞋品輕量化之發展趨勢，開發適用於射出成型製程，且兼具輕量、止滑、耐磨等使用需求之輕量化 TPU中大底鞋材。與市售同類型產品相較，鞋材比重降低達45％以上，且止滑性能提升50％以上，具有市場競爭優勢。

For the request of light weight footwear, TPU material is produced for injection molding with light weight, non-slip ability and great wear-resistance. The TPU material is provided with a competitive advantage in shoe outsole and middle sole market which the density of TPU material is less than 45% and the non-slip ability has improved over 50% comparing to the conventional shoe sole material.
