While sterilization processes in food processing (heat treatment, radiation treatment, and chemical sterilizers or disinfectants) can effectively reduce microorganisms, heat treatment can lead to a decline in product quality, and chemical sterilizer or disinfectant residues can be harmful to human health. Therefore, it is necessary to develop non-thermal treatment technologies. This technology integrates microwave plasma mechanism design, sterilization efficiency, and intelligent monitoring technologies. This modular design allows for flexible expansion to accommodate production capacity.
