Subject: Amendments to the export regulation code"541" and the import regulation code "581", effective September 27, 2023

The export regulation code"541" under CCC 2530.90.99.10-6 "Rare earth ores and concentrates" and 32 other CCC codes will be amended; and the import regulation code "581" under CCC 2612.10.00.00-4 "Uranium ores and concentrates" and 36 other CCC codes will also be amended, effective September 27, 2023 (see the attachment).
