技術摘要（英）
Based on PMV-Based Coordination Intelligent Building Exterior Component & Air-Condition System, control method of energy saving can be achieved.At present buildings significantly reply on motor devices (such as air-condition system, and artificial lighting system...etc.) to maintain required comfort of indoor environment. But old buildings are usually lacking in environmental considerations so as to result in unnecessary waste of energy. The innovative technical result of Intelligent Building Exterior with Sensory Function developed by this project not only improves energy waste of old buildings but also elevates environmental quality and conforms to functional requirements for different kinds of use. For building owners, higher industrial value can be granted to the building. For society and country, it is the implementation of sustainable environment.
