彈性立體布料及其製作方法

本發明係關於一種彈性立體布料及其製作方法，此彈性立體布料包括一熱熔膠膜、一外部布料及一彈性布料，熱熔膠膜設有複數切割空隙及具有形成在複數切割空隙之間的一圖案紋路，每一切割空隙具有一間隙；外部布料貼接在熱熔膠膜的一面；彈性布料以先彈性拉伸再彈性回復方式貼接在熱熔膠膜的另一面且使各切割空隙的間隙縮小，從而令外部布料形成有貼合在圖案紋路的一平整貼合部及對應複數切割空隙配置且隨各間隙縮小而突出的複數立體凸紋。藉此，使彈性立體布料具有立體度提升、製程良率高及彈性回復率佳等優點。

The present disclosure relates to a 3D stretch cloth and manufacturing method thereof. The 3D stretch cloth has a hotmelt film, an outer fabric and a stretch fabric. The hotmelt film is provided with multiple slits, a pattern is enclosed between the slits. A gap is defined in each slit. The outer fabric is attached on one surface of the hotmelt film. The elastically stretched stretch fabric is attached onto the other surface of the hotmelt film and then elastically recovered to narrow the gap of each slit, so that a flat fitting portion attached on the pattern is thereby formed on the outer fabric, multiple reliefs are formed corresponding to the respective slits and the reliefs are protruded when the gaps are narrowed. Thereby,the 3D stretch cloth is more three dimensional and has good elastic recovery and good yield.
