風機基座建置時需加防護以防淘刷,營運期間更需定期檢視基座及電纜之拋石防護層是否損壞而即時填補,以免危及風機營運安全、降低營運效益,但傳統拋石作業有精度不足、費工費料、成果不彰、甚至損傷基座及電纜結構等諸多缺失,為求風場建置及營運如預期運行,研發精準準拋石護樁船實屬必要,其中在狹窄風場有諸多障礙物之環境下,如何環繞指定標地物配合側落管拋石作業進行循跡、停留、填補及即時成果檢測之船舶操拴技術,是達成功能目標之關鍵技術。
技術摘要(英)
Scouring protection is very important in windfarm construction and operation period for wind turbine foundation and cable array,to avoid the risk of wind turbine operation and power outlet。
The disadvantages of traditional rock dumping operation are :
-insufficient accuracy when water depth increased
-waste of rockl and need more labor
-dumping result can't be confirmed
-may damaged to the turbine foundation and cable structure, ...etc.
In order to make sure the wind farm construction and operation to be implemented as expected, the research and development of precision rock pile-dumping  vessel is indeed necessary. The dumping vessel will be operated with a lots of obstacles in the narrow windfarm environment , so how to surround the designated target use side falling pipe to finished the work ,we need control technology of tracking, staying, filling and immediate dumping result checking, it is the key technology to finished the precision dumping operation.
