1.研發虛擬資料中心技術，引領IDC產業進入 Resource On Demand (類似Amazon EC2)新境界，提供IDC 產業創新優質應用與服務。 2.研發綠能與自動化電能節能技術，提升系統使用效率，節能減碳，符合未來綠色IDC服務願景 3. 降低國內業者進入虛擬化技術的門檻,使中小企業能利用虛擬化所帶來的優勢，提高產業的競爭力.

1. Proof Of Concept：建立國內「維運管理服務平台」,帶動國內對虛擬化機房之管理平台需求 2.多家系統整合廠商使用本計劃提供的虛擬化技術,包括敦陽科技/帝緯科技/大同科等,簡化了政府與民間企業使用虛擬化的門檻,並且擁有虛擬化所帶來的優勢,提昇產業競爭力. 3.專利生申請 : (台灣+中國+美國) 不限於特定作業系統之虛擬主機動態調整運算資源方法
