4. 支援歐規ETSI GN V1.4.1、BTP V2.2.1、CAM V1.4.1、DENM V1.3.1通訊協定。
5. 支援Bluetooth intra-vehicle communication。
6. 支援CAN Bus 2.0 interface。
7. 提供使用者開發SDK tools and documentation。
8. 支援IP67防水防塵 (IWCU-C RSU 2.0)。

本技術發展符合3GPP Rel-16 NR-V2X PC5之通訊協定軟體，以協助國內車載資通訊廠與電信業者升級至國際最新Rel-16 C-V2X技術，將可協助國內廠商有效爭取車載資通訊國際市場，潛力可期。

針對V2X PC5美歐規通訊協定軟體，目前業界皆以發展至最新版本為目標，互通性測試規範也以最新版本為基準，本技術完成後將同步與國際接軌。主要美歐規各通訊協定目前版本為美規IEEE 1609.3/2020、1609.2b/ 2019、1609.2.1/2022、SAE J2735/2020與歐規ETSI GN V1.4.1、BTP V2.2.1、CAM V1.4.1、DENM V1.3.1。
