一種用於行動通訊系統之使用者裝置及基地台。使用者裝置監測複數半持續性排程（SPS）下行共享通道（PDSCH）資源，並根據各SPS PDSCH資源所對應之一時域位置、一組成載波索引值及一配置索引值，決定對應至該等SPS PDSCH資源之複數SPS確認位元於一碼本中之一SPS確認位元排序。隨後，使用者裝置根據SPS確認位元排序，產生包含碼本之一確認訊息，並於一實體上行控制通道（PUCCH）資源上，傳送確認訊息至基地台。

A user equipment (UE) and a base station (BS) are provided. The UE monitors a plurality of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) resources, and determines a SPS Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest acknowledge (HARQ-ACK) bit order of a plurality of SPS HARQ-ACK bits, corresponding to the SPS PDSCH resources, in a codebook according to a time-domain position, a component carrier index and a configuration index of each SPS PDSCH resource. Afterwards, the UE generates an HARQ-ACK message including the codebook according to the SPS HARQ-ACK bit order, and transmits the HARQ-ACK message on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource to the BS.
